Portsmouth and South Coast Business Week is the annual showcase and celebration of our business community, designed around our four I’s; inform, invest, interact and inspire.
Portsmouth & South Coast Business Week (PSCBW) 2025 – proved to be our best yet thanks to the support of our partners, sponsors and over 1,000 attendees who attended 22 events throughout the week! Find out more here.
The last 6 years have welcomed over 3,000 business delegates to over 100 events and Open Door sessions and reached over 30,000 individuals through our daily Facebook Live videos. Each year, Hampshire Chamber of Commerce offer a broad range of inspiring events across Portsmouth, Havant, Gosport, Fareham and Southampton. With plenty of opportunities to network with like-minded businesses, informing the latest business thinking, and prioritising investment in your team, business and its future success.
The week is run in partnership with the Portsmouth Business Awards on Friday 27th February; which recognise, reward and celebrate all the successful businesses and professional individuals within Portsmouth and surrounding areas.
We’re also working closely with the teams at Shaping Portsmouth Conference so as not to duplicate the existing amazing support that already exists in the region. Shaping Portsmouth Conference focuses on Transforming Portsmouth.

Providing support to and leadership of the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce Board through developing strategic direction, effective governance, external relations, policy and representation. Supporting the CEO in shaping goals and ensuring the voice of business informs key policy objectives and priority stakeholder engagements.
Assistant Principal for Work-Based Learning at HSDC
Chair of the Portsmouth Business Strategy Group, Aaron Butson works with employers across the region to develop openings for work-based learning opportunities such as Apprenticeships, Work Experience for full-time students or Industry Placements for T Level students. He also manages HSDC sizeable Adult budget which enables HSDC to up-skill current staff aged 19-years plus and to re-skill adults within the community who are looking for new employment.
Aaron has been a non-executive Director of Hampshire Chambers of Commerce and the Chair of the Portsmouth Business Strategy Group since 2020.
